Heli- Expo 2010 and the Perfect 10

Our staging witheld helicopters at the Heli-Expo 2010 show. Bell Helicopter had one of the largest booths at this year's trade show held in the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX.

A new game show called the Perfect 10 aired last night on NBC. The show challenges the competitors ability to perform small yet complicated tasks on the spot.

Taking Home the Gold

Here is All Access in Vancouver for the 2010 Winter Olympics. The medals were presented each night in front of this ground supported lighting rig and then dropped to reveal the performing bands inside.

The whole structure stands at 50 feet high, 40 feet deep and 50 feet wide inside the stadium. A team effort to pull this victory off and a great event to be a part of. Erik Eastland, Ryan Funderburg and Kevin Brown went up to Vancouver to work on the structure and represent All Access during the 2010 Winter Olympics.

All Access Takes on the Speedway

All Access finished with a time of 7 minutes flat. It was a true team effort to fabricate and build this mobile stage designed and engineered for fast deploy. From the moment the truck pulled onto the track up to the time the drivers were introduced it took only 7 minutes.

Fidel Garza and Jesus "Chuy" Arroyo were among the AA crew to attend the Auto Club Speedway Stater Bros. 300 and Auto Club 500 races February 20 and 21st in Fontana, CA.

When fully set up the trailer is over 20 feet tall, 53 feet long and 24 feet wide. During construction AA wanted to make sure certain features were kept in mind. It was important for the drivers to be comfortable while waiting so to accomodate there are benches and shade covers built in.

All of the power and hydraulics are self contained on board and truss structures are winched controlled to raise to a final trim height of 16 feet. Great job to all who worked on the mobile stage at the race track and for all the hard work to get it there.

Those in attendances included Erik Eastland (President and Head Designer), Tim Fallon (Project Manager), Fidel Garza (Hydraulics and Power Technician), Jesus "Chuy" Arroyo (Lead Staging Technician), Kyle Duarte (Staging Technician), Louis Tesillo (Driver Extrodinare), and Michael Stelmark (Staging Technician).

Here's to the Fabrications Department and everyone involved for all the long hours creating this top notch Nascar Mobile Stage.

TPi Awards: Gathering with the industry's finest

The TPi Awards has become regarded as the premier networking event for the live production industry. The event attracts over 1,000 people for an evening honoring the industry's finest and gather with fellow friends in the production world.

All Access attended the event, which was held February 8th at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith, West London. Pictured above is Creative Sales Executive Robert Achlimbari, CEO Clive Forrester, and Managing Director for All Access' London office Guy Forrester.

Action Sports Division Keeps Busy

Showing off Michael Jordan's newest launch into the world of racing, we helped display his street bike at the Nike Town in LA. Very clean and sharp, the smooth white background exemplifies this amazing piece of machinery.

A view not many get to see, but still cool to those who enjoy behind the scenes work .

Also on the sports front, our Action Sports Division was a part of the Nuclear Cowboyz show. It is much better to let the video speak for itself. A mix of motocross, theater and pyro...

Landing ramps and take off jumps, a ribbon lift, and scenic cars are just a few highlights of what we provided. It is truly incredible and worth checking out.

The guys over in ASD have been very busy working with Monster Energy Supercross again this year. Winners podiums, leader lights, announcer towers and many more of the strucutres we built for Monster line the tracks each day for these racers.

As you walk around in the pits you cannot miss Monster's VIP hospitality lounge we built. This multi-level structure houses a dj, bar, couches, tables and lots of space to mingle with Supercross fans as you oversee the rest of the crowd.

On a separate note, we donated rolling risers for the Help Haiti Benefit Concert with George Lopez and Friends, which happened on February 4th in the Nokia Theatre.

We helped provide risers for acts including Cypress Hill, Los Lobos, and Won-G with George Clinton. One hundred percent of the proceeds went directly to Haiti for the victims and their families. There really is always something going on here at All Access and we are truly happy we were able to contribute to an effort such as this.

2010 Starting With a Bang

It is already the first week of February, and there are so many events to catch up on. Most recently, we have the Grammys where we worked on the main stage and the Maxwell performance look. Here she is without all of her makeup and minus a few trapeze artists and robots.

Aventura
Then we have the tropical sensation, Aventura, fusing Dominican bachata music with hip hop and R&B. Topping the Billboard Charts and selling out four nights in Madison Square Garden...quite amazing!

Check it out, Marc Anthony joining Aventura on our turntable and belting it out on our stage. The turntable and lifts allowed for multiple entrances and quality seats from all directions. Way to go Rosell and Poncho!

Awards Shows
Oh and there is more... awards shows, tradeshows and bears, oh my! From the Critics' Choice to the People's Choice and back around to NAMM, we were part of it all. Here is Critics'Choice from all vantage points...

NAMM
At NAMM, it was all about clean and crisp to compliment all the beautiful and unique instruments. Showing off all the mind blowing gear KMC and Hoshino have to offer, we tried our best to do their instruments justice.

There is so much on our plate this year, including a trip to our neighbors up north for the Olympics in Vancouver. We are also building touring sets for Tim Mcgraw, John Mayer and Jay-Z, to name a few.
